We are looking for a Business Development Advisor International (medior) for our Amsterdam office.

The Business Development, Marketing & Communications (BMC) department is responsible for business development, key account management, the firm's marketing strategy, external positioning, events and internal communications.
As a business development advisor (international) you will contribute towards the achievement of NautaDutilh's commercial goals by working closely with our legal professionals. In solid partnership with them, you will work on specific client portfolios, particularly in our focus market: International Dutch corporates and Dutch financial institutions.
Your duties include the following:
- You will develop go-to-market strategies and proactively advise on the drawing up of account plans and business plans with precise goals and a clear division of labour.
- You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with a selection of key accounts, with the aim of generating turnover growth and creating or increasing the potential for cross-selling.
- You will develop and implement a broad range of client-satisfaction initiatives. Your activities in this regard include the collection, analysis and sharing of client feedback and drawing up transparent reports and financial overviews.
- You will regularly draw up accurate client reports and overviews and, together with our marketing and business intelligence experts, produce analyses of market trends, information about clients and information about competitors. On that basis, you will come up with recommendations for an appropriate marketing approach, flag new opportunities and take the necessary follow-up action.

Applicants with a university-level education, for example in management, business administration or marketing, are preferred. You have 3-5 years experience in a similar position, preferably in the professional services sector. You feel at home in an international business environment and have an excellent command of Dutch and English (near – native speaker). You will be based at our Amsterdam office.
