To help us achieve our ambitious goals and further shape and strengthen NautaDutilh's I&D strategy, we are looking for an Inclusion & Diversity Specialist who can start immediately. 

Over het werk

You will play a coordinating role that enables you to be involved in I&D strategy and policy-making within NautaDutilh. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and will be the first point of contact for I&D matters. Your responsibilities will include:

Communications

  • Managing our employee-led diversity networks to develop a full roster of events and communications throughout the year
  • Coordinating the preparation of submissions for I&D benchmarks and awards
  • Driving the implementation of internal and external I&D communications, for example updating and maintaining the firm's intranet and internet and responding to and preparing content for pitch proposals in close cooperation with the Business Development team
  • Managing existing I&D projects in close cooperation with the Learning & Development and Recruitment teams and the HR Business Partners

Strategy

  • Working closely with our Diversity Partners to develop, implement and drive forward the firm's I&D strategy
  • Building relationships with key leaders and departments and serving as the point person for I&D firmwide and a source of best practices and information 
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in the key focus areas of our I&D strategy
  • Developing an understanding of the firm's inclusion and ESG strategies and leveraging opportunities to further integrate I&D programmes across the firm
  • Working closely with the Recruitment team to ensure unbiased recruitment from the widest pool of talent
  • Working closely with our CSR Specialist to manage NautaDutilh’s Impact Programme on CSR and I&D projects

Reputation, knowledge and expertise

  • Keeping abreast of research and thought leadership in the field of I&D and attending related events and seminars
  • Developing and maintaining a network of I&D relationships within and outside the sector
  • Actively managing our relationships with external diversity campaigns and charities to maximise membership benefits

Systems, policies and reporting

  • Being responsible for data collation and reporting, including regular tracking and monitoring
  • Reporting on and evaluating the impact of activities against key I&D performance indicators
  • Developing, where appropriate, new policies and procedures

We are seeking
- Full-time availability (37.5 hours); part-time (minimum 30 hours) is negotiable
- HBO- or WO-level work and thinking skills
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English
- Good presentation and communication skills
