Over het werk

The Competition team consists of eight lawyers specialising in competition law. We assist (international) companies in cartel proceedings, from raids by the ACM or the European Commission to cartel damage proceedings. Additionally, we assist companies in reporting mergers and acquisitions to competition authorities and we advise on desired collaborations between (competing) companies. We also advise on state aid, procurement law and general European law issues. The fact that competition law and European law are not bound to specific markets or products means that we assist a diversity of clients and come into contact with new sectors on a regular basis.

What does the practice day look like?

We welcome you to our Amsterdam office in the afternoon, after which you will meet the Competition team. You will be introduced to a practical overview of what its like to work in the competition law team and get to hear about real life experiences of working in a fast paced law firm. We will end the day with a pleasant drink where you will have the opportunity to chat and get further acquainted with the team.
