We are looking for a Transaction Support Officer (TSO) for our Finance Practice Group in Amsterdam. 

Over het werk

As part of our international group of experts, you'll have the opportunity to not only handle complex legal matters but also actively contribute to the preparation and evaluation of financing documentation for a diverse range of local and cross-border transactions.

In this role, you'll work closely with our lawyers, Partners, and Support Officers, working under the guidance of our Transaction Support Manager. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal opinions, reviewing security documents, examining constitutional documents, and overseeing administrative aspects of transactions. Depending on your experience, you may also take on transaction management responsibilities. You will actively contribute to the growth of our collective expertise, helping to shape and maintain our internal knowledge systems and training programs. This includes providing internal training and keeping our tools and resources up to date.

In addition, you should have:

  • Legal expertise in corporate or transactional work (with a proven track record in drafting transactional documentation) with a WO degree (Law or Management Economics and Law).
  • Proficiency in English (speaking and writing), preferably also in Dutch.
  • Experience in a similar function and work environment is a plus.
